At Southport Computers, we specialise in WordPress web design and maintenance.  Wordpress is a free platform for Web designers however, to the novice, web sites can be difficult to create on WordPress that look clean, bespoke and non-blog looking which can detract from a good looking web site.

As web designers with many years experience,  we have found that WordPress is a great tool for all but the most elaborate web sites.  The benefits are that it is modular, easy to update with content. easy to add new content and pictures amongst the availability of thousands of free plugins and widgets.  The difficulty is normally getting that initial structure that looks good.

At Southport Computers, we take the hard work out of web design and have 100’s of website customers in and around the Southport area reaping the rewards from our eye catching websites and SEO.

While a web site may be good looking and eye catching, the issue in many cases is getting noticed mainly on Google.  This is where our key speciality comes into play, this being SEO (or Search Engine Optimization). It is likely that we can get you website to the front page of Google for your relevant keywords. Web Design Southport Ideas We use only accepted techniques to achieve this and can demonstrate our search ranking results to any prospective or existing customer.  As an example, if you type the following phrase into Google, “Computer Repairs Southport” or “Computer Repairs Ormskirk” you will see we are highly ranked in Southport even though our website is less than 5 months old at the time of writing this.  Our other business, Danoli Solutions Ltd ranks No.1 almost constantly in the Ormskirk area.  We aim to have a high rank for the key phrase “Web Design Southport” in the coming weeks (at the time of writing this article September 2015).

Another of our specialities that many other web designers forget, that is WordPress security, or WordPress hardening.   While WordPress is a fantastic platform, its success is also one of its failures (in the wrong hands) as many WordPress websites are hacked for malicious reasons.  At Southport Computers, we take our website security to a new level and provide all of our customers, active web security and WordPress hardening by default.  We also offer an ongoing service to our customers providing pro active monitoring and maintenance and regular archived backups.

All of our websites are hosted on our own private servers ensuring that your website is not sharing a server with an unknown or “dubious” website or a website or host with a blacklisted IP address.   Our hosted server is monitored and managed 24/7 by a specialist team of web host engineers to ensure flawless operation.

So, give us a call on Southport 01704 510000 or pop in for a chat, we are on Duke Street in Southport, next door to Hot Frox and a couple of doors from the Vets,  Just For Cats.  We are sure that we can provide you with a realistic quote for a quality website that people can find on Google.  We can show you dozens or more websites that we have created for other satisfied customers.

Part of the reason we closed our Southport Computer shop was due to Merseyside police failure to protect us from a theft that resulted in a persistent targeted attack against our business and the owners. The owner (Joel Rodwell) posted malicious information on his OTS website resulting in a criminal investigation against him. Joel blamed his dead father on the malicious attack against me even though I have all emails sent by Joel. Police Office Constable 5652 Ford getting away with Misconduct.
