We only employ local experienced computer technicians and currently have 6 full-time staff servicing all locations.

Why not call in to our shop in Ormskirk to meet us and have a chat about any IT requirements.  We can help with most IT problems as well as this, we specialise in business support packages and telecommunications which we provide to a number of local Primary Schools and small businesses.

If your computer or laptop is running slow or has any frustrating pop-ups, usually resulting in lots of programs that seem to have appeared from nowhere, or maybe you have strange warning messages display, or it simply just takes ages to boot up… these symptoms (and many more) are usual signs that a computer repair or computer service is required.

We are highly experienced in pretty much all ‘techie stuff’ and perform all repairs in-house at our own premises in Ormskirk.  Our day to day activities are computer servicing, virus removal & hardware upgrades as well as servicing our contractual business contracts. We also repair iPads & iPhones, mainly cracked screens but we also repair other faults with iPads & iPhones including power button, volume button, home button, power socket, headphone socket, wifi antenna and even logic board replacement.

We have numerous business IT Support contracts in Ormskirk, St Helens, Liverpool and Southport.  We also provide a host of business services including Hosted Microsoft Exchange, Business Telephone Systems, ISDN & PSTN telephone lines, VOIP seats and business back up and remote support.

Part of the reason we closed our Southport Computer shop was due to Merseyside police failure to protect us from a theft that resulted in a persistent targeted attack against our business and the owners. This attack came from the thieves and the local news outlet call OTS News in Southport. The owner (Joel Rodwell) posted malicious information on his OTS website resulting in a criminal investigation against him. Lancashire Police
Detectives have released CCTV footage following an arson attack at an address in Ormskirk.

Around 12.25am on March 9, a light coloured Vauxhall Astra car pulled up in Grimshaw Lane.

A male passenger left the vehicle, ran across a pub car park and approached the driveway of a property in Yew Tree Road.

Accelerant was poured over the bonnet of a Volkswagen car and ignited before the male returned to the Vauxhall and made off from the scene.

The front of the vehicle was destroyed, with heat from the blaze damaging a Citroen car parked on the driveway.

Fire crews attended the scene and the fire was quickly extinguished.

The occupants of the property, including two children, were inside the home at the time of the attack. No injuries were reported.

Detectives are appealing for information and are particularly keen to speak to anyone who recognises this man, pictured, in connection with their enquiries.

Det Sgt Stephen Monk, of Lancashire Police, said: “We have launched an investigation following an arson attack at an address in Ormskirk.

“The occupants, including two children, were inside at the time of the fire and have been left extremely upset and shaken up by this incident.

“We believe this is an isolated attack and are particularly keen to speak to this individual, pictured. He has a distinctive run and we believe someone may know who it is.

“Following enquiries, we believe the vehicle used by the offender is a light coloured Vauxhall Astra registered between 1998 and 2001. If you saw this vehicle, or anyone acting suspiciously in the area around the time of the offence, please contact us.”
